What are Cydsline’s products made from?

All Cydsline products are made from recycled vintage Levi’s jeans. I handpick every pair from our amazing supplier Koo Style, who I have worked with for four years to help save denim destined for landfill. During this time, I’ve handpicked nearly 4,000 pairs from their extensive collection of preloved denim — each one with its own story, ready for a new life.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped the next day from my London apartment.

We offer two UK shipping options:

• Royal Mail TR48 (2-4 days, tracked) - £2.99

• Royal Mail TR24 (1-2 days, tracked) - £3.50

We offer two international shipping options, based on location:

• European tracked delivery - £9.99

• International tracked delivery (outside Europe) - £19.99

International delivery takes between 5 working days to 3 weeks.

Who makes Cydsline’s accessories?

I have an incredible team of 10 independent seamstresses across the UK. Each seamstress sets the amount of products they make per week, ensuring each piece is crafted with care.

How can make my Cydsline accessories last longer?

As Cydsline’s accessories are made from recycled denim, you can pop them in the washing machine! They will last longest turned inside out on a cold wash, and air dried.

What is your refund/return policy?

If you are not happy with your Cydsline product (which I hope never happens!), we are happy to process a full refund once the product has been returned to us. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you wish to exchange your item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement out to you.
